The Japanese Cultural Society
was established in the year 1964.
To-date, the Society has more than 2,000 members. Besides
our JCS Japanese Language School, the Society has formed
nine sub-committees responsible for all educational and
cultural activities.
As a cultural centre, JCS offers activities like Japanese
drums, dance, choir, karaoke, tea ceremony, origami &
calligraphy art etc.
It is our objective to promote international understanding
to join together the two cultural streams of Singapore and
Japan; and to fortify the friendly cooperation of the peoples
of the two nations. |
