Japanese Language Proficiency Test

Conducted by the Japanese Cultural Society in Singapore
The objective of the test is to let Japanese language students know their level of proficiency as well as to enhance their enthusiasm for the learning of the language for mutual understanding among nations.
The test is made up of three sections: Writing/Vocabulary, Hearing and Reading/Grammar.

EJU is conducted twice a year (on a Sunday in the month of June and November).
The test is used to evaluate the Japanese language proficiency and the basic academic abilities of international students who want to study at Japanese universities at the undergraduate level. The test subjects are Japanese as a foreign language, Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Japan & the World and Mathematics.
Registration Period -
1st EJU: from 18 February to 14 March 2008.
2nd EJU: from 30 June to 25 July 2008.

Business Japanese Proficiency Test
Organized by JETRO and NUS
administered by the Japanese Cultural Society in Singapore
This is a Listening & Reading Comprehension Test (JLRT) to assess examinee's proficiency in business Japanese.

Results -
Results will be released by mid-August. Examinees will be notified by post.
